I am curious about where you are sourcing your information. There is currently NO functionality within Salesforce to export records out of Salesforce directly to Jigsaw. It just physically is NOT possible.
At both Salesforce and Jigsaw we take privacy very very seriously.
If a Salesforce customer is interested in sharing the data from their Salesforce database they can agree to do this with all their contacts and this decision is typically made by someone who understands the privacy issues of the entire company and their CRM data.
If you could update this story to reflect the reality of what is possible that would be great. It is unfortunate when business leaders promote information that is unfortunately incorrect.
