Sometimes when she’s not in the office (about 2-3 times a week) the chairman will come in to use an office and will give me tasks to do etc… which is good, but then it’s not continuous. I’ve mentioned to her before that i’d like more things to more as I like to be challenged but she still isn’t really giving me much. Sometimes when she’s absolutelty up to her neck in it she’ll ask me to do certain things that she hasn’t got time to do and I wonder why she just doesn’t make it my responsibilty to them anyway.
